Garments dyed with materials from plants should have a bit different expectations when compared to items dyed with procion dyes.
Natural dyes have a lot of variablity, as is their nature. Colors may not be the same from batch to batch and can vary greatly.
Care of these garments is very simlar to the care for cold water procion dyed garments. Gentle detergents, hand washing or washing on the delecate cycle, and hanging to dry are best practices.
Due to the nature of these dyes, some fading will occur over time. Please be sure to hang all natural dyed items out of direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure will make the color fade much faster.
