Returns will be accepted if the following actions are followed:
1. Contact [email protected] within 36 hours of receiving item.
2. Receive confirmation of acceptance of return by receiving a Return Authorization Code to the email address that was provided when placing the order.
3. Using provided return shipping label that will be sent with the Return Authorization Code to the email that was provided when placing the order.
4, Once the item is recieved by Sleeping on Rainbows it is inspected and is found to be in the condition in which it was shipped out to the reciepient a refund for the price of the item minus shipping charges will be issued. Any damage, evidence of wear, or evident odors such as smoke, pets, or strong fabric refresher sprays will result in a denial of the return.
